Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and Ayurvedic consumable nature, opened products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, email us at customercare@thefoodrx.in within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
