At Madhavbaug, every breakfast premix begins its journey in a thoughtfully designed, FSSAI-recognised and approved manufacturing facility that reflects our commitment to purity, safety, and care. Spread across a spacious 10,000 sq. ft. area, our factory is not just a production unit — it is a place where health meets discipline and intention.
Each ingredient that enters our facility is carefully checked in our in-house Quality Control laboratory. From moisture levels to basic safety parameters, we ensure that what reaches your plate has already passed through layers of careful observation and responsibility.

Our semi-automatic production and packing lines are designed to maintain consistency while minimizing human handling, ensuring hygiene at every step. Raw materials and finished goods are stored in clearly designated areas, preventing any cross-contamination and maintaining strict order within the system.

Cleanliness is not an activity here — it is a culture. Every corner of the facility reflects disciplined hygiene practices, supported by routine sanitation protocols. To further strengthen this, pest control is managed by PCI, a globally recognised agency, ensuring that the environment remains safe and uncompromised.
